## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责APP内入驻店铺生态的全生命周期管理，基于业务目标与商家分层，制定差异化运营策略及活动方案，通过有效沟通与激励手段提升商家参与度，推动活动资源高效利用；
- 洞察商家经营痛点与用户需求，协同商家优化线上展示及转化路径，提升留资线索数量与质量，对留资转化指标负责；
- 统筹伙伴店铺从入驻到经营的全流程，完成资质审核与后台配置，优化入驻效率，识别经营痛点并提供优化建议，驱动业务闭环。

### 岗位要求

1.本科及以上学历，1年以上用户运营、商家运营或汽车垂直媒体经验，熟悉汽车行业者优先； 2.具备用户运营思维及基础数据分析能力"
