## Job description

### IOT

岗位职责：

### 用户场景挖掘与分析
- 深入调研汽车用户在不同场景下的需求与行为习惯，包括日常通勤、长途驾驶、车辆保养、娱乐互动等，挖掘潜在的 IOT 生态产品应用场景，形成详细的用户场景分析报告

### IOT 生态产品定义
- 基于用户场景分析结果，定义汽车 IOT 生态产品的核心价值、目标用户群体及产品定位，规划产品的整体架构与功能模块，确保产品符合市场需求和公司战略发展方向。

### 软件与硬件设计
- 具备扎实的软件、硬件设计能力，能够主导汽车 IOT 生态产品的软件功能设计，如车载系统交互逻辑、APP 应用功能等；同时参与硬件设备的选型与设计，如传感器、智能终端等，确保软硬件协同工作，提升产品的整体性能与用户体验。

### 功能定义与 PRD 文档输出
- 明确产品的各项功能细节，包括功能描述、使用流程、交互规范等，撰写高质量的功能定义文档和 PRD（产品需求文档），为研发、测试等团队提供清晰的开发依据。

### 跨部门协作
- 与研发、设计、市场、销售等部门保持紧密沟通与协作，推动产品从概念设计到研发、测试、上线及迭代的全流程顺利进行，及时解决项目过程中出现的问题。

### 产品迭代优化
- 跟踪产品上线后的用户反馈数据和市场表现，分析产品存在的问题与不足，提出合理的迭代优化方案，不断提升产品的竞争力和用户满意度。 任职要求

### 专业背景
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、汽车工程、物联网等相关专业优先。​

### 工作经验
- 具有 3 年以上汽车 IOT 生态产品相关工作经验，有成功的汽车 IOT 产品从定义到落地的完整项目经验者优先。
- 具备扎实的软件、硬件设计知识，熟悉汽车 IOT 相关技术，如车联网通信协议、传感器技术、嵌入式系统等。
- 优秀的产品思维和用户洞察力，能够准确挖掘用户需求和场景，并转化为具体的产品功能。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和跨部门协作能力，能够有效推动项目进展。
