## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责星火创新平台运营，统筹研发系统技术洞察、技术规划、技术创新、技术开发等工作；
- 基于技术规划梳理部门工作计划，确定具备竞争力的指标，并推动计划的正常落地;
- 负责创新技术价值牵引，对各部门创新技术项目进行价值判断和统计，并制定策略持续提升；
- 负责推进技术路标与产品路标的协同、跨域的技术预研规划与推动等;
- 识别洞察、规划、创新、开发等工作中产生的问题，分析根因并推动解决; 任职要求： 1. 6年以上主机厂或相关工作经历，具备项目管理运营经验，熟悉整车开发流程，了解功能定义、系统开发、软件开发 2. 熟悉创新技术的开发流程，项目各节点的要求 3. 有较强的逻辑思维及沟通能力 4. 有较强的抗压能力
