## Job description

### 工作职责
- 协助完成区域的销售目标，保证公司政策，方案的贯彻执行。制定并执行所负责区域的年度、季度月度销售及促销计划，并对各销售指标进行分解推进;
- 协助维护现有渠道，优化渠道，保持渠道的健康持续发展，有效开发维护、管理激励所负责区域经销维护发展产品品牌。服务经销商，积极指导商家制定市场发展计划，并协助商家达成计划;
- 商协助做好对经销商的日常沟通和服务，协助指导设计宣传展示、制定销售方案、内外促激励政策
- 协助所辖区域管理，负责对经销商的销售业绩考核和公司政策执行监督监督、检查;
- 协助负责区域内市场一线信息的及时收集、分析与反馈，了解本区域的市场状况、经济实力、消费特点，做好销售分析与预测。

### 岗位职责

1.本科及以上学历，专业不限 2.5年+主机厂区域销售管理经验； 3.工作认真细致，适应能力强，具有优秀的表达交流能力及抗压能力，能够从容面对求，并通过有效沟通快速提供解决方案; 4.具备较强的适应能力，能够承受一定的压力，目标性强。
