## Job description

### 工作职责

​​ 1.​​销售计划与目标管理​​：负责制定并执行销售计划，深度挖掘市场潜力，确保销售目标的达成。 2.​​大客户开发与关系管理​​：系统性地开拓与维护主机厂、自动驾驶领域的头部客户，建立稳固的高层客户关系。 3.​​客户需求洞察与方案定制​​：精准理解和分析客户在数据闭环服务等方面的核心需求与业务痛点，协同技术团队定制具有竞争力的解决方案，并有效呈现方案价值。 4.​​商务流程与项目推进​​：全面负责从线索到回款的整个商务流程，主导招标、谈判、合同签订等关键环节；高效协调内部（技术、产品、交付）与外部资源，确保项目顺利推进与客户满意度。

### 任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，销售、市场营销、商务管理等相关专业； 2. 3年以上销售/商务拓展管理/解决方案经验，有较强的销售拓展能力和团队管理经验； 3. 对辅助驾驶产品、数据闭环服务和自动驾驶云服务等有一定认知和理解；有自动驾驶行业工作经验者优先； 4. 具备良好的沟通、商务谈判、团队合作能力和分析处理问题能力。
