## Job description

### 工作内容
- 完成电驱控制模块技术方案设计工作并参与评审；
- 负责电驱控制模块功能开发及需求实现；
- 负责电驱控制模块性能开发工作，对电驱控制的性能进行测试并认可；
- 负责电驱控制模块供应商的管理工作；
- 跟踪并解决整车电驱控制产品的质量问题；
- 负责电驱控制模块新技术跟踪和前瞻性预研工作。

### 岗位要求
- 具备新能源车型的电驱系统开发经历，包含400V/800V+以上电压平台的纯电&混动多合一电驱项目经历；
- 能够独立完成Matlab，CANoe，CANape，INCA等工具的使用和脚本编写；
- 熟悉电驱系统的主要功能和控制链路；
- 熟悉电驱硬件电路拓扑和主要结构拓扑；
- 熟悉电控软件的基本逻辑和策略；
- 熟悉电机控制器功能安全、信息安全、BaseTech、EOL、诊断等相关需求；
- 熟悉整车拓扑和电驱相关传递路径，具备基本驾驶性问题标定能力。
