## Job description

### 职能职责
- 负责混动系统技术方案评审与架构决策，解决核心集成难题，对系统性能、可靠性及交付质量负责；
- 主导与客户及内部团队的技术对接，将整车需求转化为系统技术规范，评估可行性及风险；
- 牵头攻克跨领域技术问题，审核供应商技术能力与方案，提供技术赋能；
- 对团队技术输出进行评审，组织技术培训，提升专业能力；
- 负责系统性能与质量分析溯源，制定技术改进方案；
- 主导平台技术路线规划、前瞻技术预研与资源协调。

### 任职要求

1、10年以上混动电驱系统开发经验，深度参与系统架构或关键部件开发； 2、精通混动系统集成与布置，熟练掌握CATIA数字化装配及系统级尺寸链分析； 3、深入理解电机、变速器、多合一等核心部件工作原理与系统匹配； 4、具备跨领域技术协调和复杂问题攻关能力，推动解决高端技术难题。
