## Job description

### 职责描述
- 牵头满足当前新能源极限工况下驱动轴新节型/新方案的解白工作；
- 基于新能源驱动轴方案解白和创新，完善设计开发验证体系；
- 负责未来驱动轴前瞻技术预研专项攻关；
- 负责驱动轴疑难问题技术攻关；
- 负责驱动轴开发能力建设。

### 招聘要求
- 精通传动系统等速驱动轴及各类万向节的结构与工作原理，零部件的设计及制造关键要素，业内新技术的发展方向；
- 熟知各类万向节油脂的性能优劣，关键性能指标，验证方法；
- 熟知传动系统驱动轴开发CAE仿真项目、软件及模型。使用LMS、Head等进行噪声与振动信号采集及后处理，能够处理传动系统驱动轴NVH等问题的排查、分析与锁定，并制定优化方向；
- 熟知传动系统驱动台架验证设备、验证方法、及发展需求和趋势；
- 从事传动系统驱动轴、万向节设计、开发八年以上工作经验，具备新能源纯电大功率车型驱动轴完整开发经验；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力和吃苦耐劳的精神；
- 硕士以上学历优先。
