## Job description

### 负责对外合作项目内饰专业开发整体管控
- 1）识别项目过程风险并重点推进解决，确保各项目内饰领域满足项目开发目标并按时高质量交付； 2）负责对接研发质量问题适应性横展、售后问题推进等事宜； 3）负责内饰各系统成本及预算费用管控，及变更管理；
- 负责持续性盘点部门成员能力评估及差距分析，并牵头推进部门全员能力提升专项；
- 负责透视部门经营指标状态，并进行过程管控；
- 负责根据项目规划测算部门整体人员编制需求，并协助完成人员规划；
- 负责推进部门常规业务如专利、论文、元动力等的策划及落地。 任职要求
- 语言能力:英语流利，能够作为工作语言进行日常沟通与商务交流。
- 工作经验:至少近三年从事内饰研发工作，具备丰富的项目实战经验，头部OEM和Tier1工作经历优先。
- 专业技能:熟悉主机厂供应商开发流程。
- 具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够与跨部门团队及海外客户高效合作。
- 执行力强，能够快速响应并落实工作任务。
- 学习能力出众，能够持续关注行业动态并快速吸收并运用新知识。
