## Job description

### 岗位职责 研究领域

显示光学、微纳光学、全息光学、照明光学、投影光学和平面光学元件等应用场景赋能的光学材料与工艺前瞻技术研究与开发。 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学位，具有3年以上光学材料和加工工艺相关工作经验，有一定的行业、学术影响力。
- 精通基本的光学原理及应用，具备扎实的光学材料原理和应用基础。
- 在光学材料领域具有丰富的工作经验，有多个车载光学项目的成功研发经验。
- 聚焦于光学材料的研发、选型、制备及相关工艺的设计与优化，以满足各类车载光学器件的性能需求。
- 跟踪行业前沿技术（如纳米光学材料、柔性光学薄膜），推动车载光学材料与工艺的创新。
- 具备良好的团队协作精神和领导能力，能够在团队中发挥关键作用。
