## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责高速光模块电芯片（TIA，LDD，LA）方向的电路方案的优化设计；噪声，功耗，突发建立时间等核心指标的优化提高；
- 负责光PHY子系统架构设计，包括SerDes、PCS/PMA、CDR、Retimer；
- 支持PAM4、NRZ等高速接口协议，兼容以太网/光模块标准；
- 规划 SerDes Lane 分布、复用方案、协议适配机制；
- 支持Chip-to-Chip互联一致性设计。
- 负责在高速光模块电芯片方向的高带宽、高增益、低噪声、高线性度等关键技术实现。

### 任职要求
- 通信/光电/电子类硕士5年工作经验、本科8年工作经验，有LDD、LA或者TIA芯片开发经验；
- 精通PAM4、DSP/模拟CDR、硅光耦合、光模块热/信号完整性者优先；
- 掌握模拟IC设计流程和方法，熟悉集成电路制造过程和工艺；
- 能够熟练运用Spectre，Cadence AMS等EDA工具。
