## Job description

行检查与反馈 2.收集并分析渠道营销数据，评估活动效果并提出优化建议 3.协助市场部与销售部推动营销政策在渠道端的标准化执行 4.组织渠道营销培训，提升终端营销人员的专业能力 5.建立渠道营销执行问题跟踪机制，推动问题闭环解决 6.

### 参与渠道营销策略制定，提供一线执行反馈与建议 任职要求
- 熟悉汽车营销流程及渠道管理机制
- 具备数据分析能力，能通过销售数据评估渠道营销效果
- 掌握营销活动策划与执行监控方法
- 具备良好的沟通协调与问题解决能力
- 具有3-5年市场营销或渠道管理相关工作经验
