## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责用户用户体验工作，并对用户满意度、专属服务群运营等绩效结果负责
- 制定用户中心月度、季度、年度用户体验工作规划
- 对服务满意度、 NPS等评价结果进行分析改进，推进服务质量全面提升
- 对销售/交付/售后投诉进行分析，推动售前售后服务质量提升
- 定期对用户专属服务群运营情况进行检核，确保专属服务群运行良好
- 针对市场类服务活动，协助输出执行方案，确保服务活动有效落地执行
- 全量工单及时响应、协助处理、闭环。
- 通过零标改善、 MOT打造、服务传播等方式，提升用户体验
- 协助投诉处理，监控投诉闭环情况
- 输出月度用户体验总结报告，组织用户体验月度会
- 对首保定保数据进行分析，确保用户招揽工作正常进行。
- 做好跨部门协作工作，保障得到关联部门的有效配合与支持。
- 有相关工作经验者优先。
