## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责存储器芯片定制电路设计模块（包括存储单元，阵列，读/写，驱动，译码，冗余及相关电路）的规格定义，存储器建模，设计，仿真验证和测试；
- 负责DDR4/DDR5/HBM/CacheRAM等接口存储器芯片阵列规划与设计，读写路径设计，IO规划；
- 负责存储器芯片的架构定义与设计；
- 负责存储器芯片设计环境搭建；
- 负责存储器芯片的软硬件集成与测试；
- 深度调研国内外存储芯片行业趋势、技术迭代方向、市场行情及竞品动态，结合行业政策、供应链格局，输出可行性业务发展方案。

### 任职要求

1、全日制本科及以上学历，985、211大学、硕士或博士优先；微电子、电子工程、计算机、通信工程等相关专业； 2、5年以上CMOS模拟集成电路设计经验，成功流片经验和芯片调试经验； 3、熟练掌握定制集成电路设计流程和方法； 4、熟悉各种存储器芯片原理与结构，具有DDR4/DDR5 SDRAM、HBM、CacheRAM或NOR Flash芯片相关设计者优先； 5、熟练使用定制集成电路设计EDA工具优先； 6、了解CMOS集成电路制造工艺，模拟集成电路及存储器的测试原理和方法； 7、了解CHIPLET、UCIE、PCIE等通信技术优先考虑； 8、加分项：有头部存储原厂（长鑫、长江、三星、镁光、海力士、兆易、铠侠等）设计经验优先。
