## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责音效算法从原型到PC工程的全流程工作，确保算法能够在PC稳定运行，实现算法最优效果。
- 主导算法原型从matlab、python版本到流式处理，优化AI模型C/C++实现以及各个通用语音处理算法如FFT、IIR、FIR等C/C++实现。
- 与算法团队紧密合作，完成 RNC（噪声抑制与回声消除）算法、独立音区算法、环绕算法等的车辆POC验证，保障算法在实际应用中的准确性和高效性。
- 对已落地的算法进行持续优化，根据实际应用场景和用户反馈，不断改进算法性能，提升音频质量。
- 协同硬件团队进行音频硬件选型（扬声器、麦克风、传感器等）和设计，确保硬件与算法的无缝对接，实现最优算法系统性能。 岗位要求 1.电子信息工程、通信工程、计算机科学与技术等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2.3 年以上算法工程相关工作经验，有音频算法工程落地经验者优先。 3.熟悉音频算法开发流程，对音频信号处理有深入理解。 4.熟练掌握 C/C++、Python 等编程语言，能够独立完成算法代码编写与调试工作，确保算法在实际应用中的稳定性和高效性。 5.对 RNC、独立音区、环绕算法等有深入理解，并拥有从算法原型到工程落地的成功案例，能有效解决算法在实际应用中出现的各类问题。 6.具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与算法团队、硬件团队等跨部门团队高效沟通，共同推进项目进展，及时解决工作中出现的问题
