## Job description

### 负责项目管理工作
- 制定项目计划；跟踪项目进度以及风险
- 负责推动各部门、模块间需求对接以及技术方案沟通

### 负责项目日程管理
- 定期组织项目成员进行会议，对于技术、项目进度、项目成本控制、交付物质量、风险等进行跟踪。
- 负责控制项目范围，管理需求，组织应对项目提出的问题和检证
- 作为项目负责人向管理层汇报项目状态和风险管控

### 对整体项目交付QCD负责 任职资格
- 1. 本科以上学历，熟悉新能源汽车、汽车电子、座舱软件开发行业相关流程 2. 5年以上大型软件开发项目管理经验，有2年以上整车软件或者Tier1项目经验 3. 具备较好的快速学习能力、沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力 4. 具备良好的风险意识、团队意识、组织协调能力、问题处理能力 5.有PMP证书和ASPICE经验者优先 6.有哨兵，avm，oms，dms供应商开发管理经验，视觉方案经验优先
