## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 全面负责底盘在开发过程各项控制工作（企划、架构开发、工程开发、供应商管理、重点问题攻关，新技术应用）。
- 根据项目计划中各个里程碑节点设定项目概念，开发，验证，试生产阶段制定项目详细进度计划，并定期跟踪。
- 组织项目中各里程碑节点评审，并主持重要的技术评审。
- 负责跨部门协调，保证项目顺利开展；作为技术负责人确保每个阶段的输入和输出正确有效。
- 部门内部的技术规划，前沿技术开发，团队能力建设。
- 负责临时任务的资源调配。

### 任职要求

准入学历：大学本科及以上学历 专业：车辆工程、机械、计算机、自动化等相关专业 核心技能：
- 熟练车型/产品开发流程及项目管理的基本方法；
- 熟悉车身电子/动力底盘/整车控制等系统相关知识；
- 整车控制系统与相关零部件的联合控制的基本知识；
- 主导过多个重点项目/专业模块/底盘电控系统架构搭建； 5、10年及以上底盘电控相关岗位工作经验； 6、3年以上团队管理经验。
