## Job description

### 核心感知算法研发
- 负责机器人 2D/3D 识别检测、图像分割及轨迹预测等核心前沿算法的研发。基于业务需求，设计并搭建先进的深度学习算法架构（如卷积神经网络 CNN、目标检测算法 YOLO，以及基于 Transformer 的 DETR、DINO 等模型以及BEV/Occupancy三维感知方案），并对VLM视觉语言模型有基础了解和应用能力。

### 多传感器融合感知
- 设计并开发基于多传感器（如 RGB-D 相机、LiDAR 等）的融合感知算法。通过深度学习或传统滤波等手段，对多模态原始数据（深度图/点云）进行时空同步与特征级/决策级融合。

### 驱动下游导航、抓取与操作任务
- 将感知算法深度赋能于具身智能体的核心交互任务。针对机器人的自主导航、避障，以及复杂场景下的目标抓取与精细操作，提供稳定、高鲁棒性的感知模型输入与语义理解支持。

### 任职资格
- 计算机、人工智能、机器视觉、模式识别等相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 精通 Python，熟练使用 C++，熟悉 Linux及ROS/ROS 2 开发环境，具备优秀的数学基础与算法数据结构能力；
- 深入掌握 主流的深度学习框架，在目标检测（2D/3D）、语义分割、目标跟踪等领域有深厚积累和实战经验，熟悉主流网络架构及其优缺点；
- 具备丰富的多传感器（视觉、激光雷达等）融合经验，深入理解内外参标定及数据时空同步机制；
- 熟悉前沿视觉大模型（SAM, VLM 等），有实际具身智能体抓取/操作感知或自动驾驶感知算法量产落地经验者优先。
