## Job description
- 基于整车热负荷需求，负责水冷回路的拓扑结构设计与关键部件选型
- 通过仿真分析优化冷却液流量分配，确保电机、电控、电池等部件温控精度在±2℃以内
- 主导冷却管路布局设计，规避与底盘、悬架、电气系统的干涉风险
- 设计并验证电子水泵、三通阀、热管理模块等核心部件的控制逻辑与策略
- 牵头开展台架与整车热平衡试验，分析温控偏差并提出改进方案
- 协同NVH团队识别并消除水泵、管路、散热器等部件的流体噪声源
- 推动水管理系统的轻量化设计，采用新材料与新工艺降低系统重量10%以上
- 编制技术规范、DFMEA、试验大纲等开发文档，确保开发过程合规可追溯
- 支持供应商技术评审，确保零部件性能、可靠性与成本符合项目要求
- 参与竞品热管理系统对标分析，提炼技术优势并应用于下一代平台
- 指导初级工程师完成子系统设计任务，提升团队整体技术能力
- 跟踪国内外热管理法规更新，确保设计符合GB/T、ISO、SAE等标准
