## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责区域充电站合作渠道维系，协调解决场站日常运营问题，维护稳定良好的合作关系，保障场站正常运营；
- 落地属地用户营销活动执行，结合用户及行业洞察输出活动优化建议，实现用户拉新、引流转化；
- 负责属地充电社群搭建与日常运营，制定社群管理规则，提升用户互动活跃度与品牌传播力；
- 负责日常用户客诉工单处理，监控舆情动态，针对客诉升级、突发舆情制定应急预案并落地处置，做好用户预期管理；
- 基于区域用户画像与运营数据，梳理用户充电痛点，针对性优化场站体验策略，持续提升用户满意度、忠诚度与品牌归属感。

### 任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、新能源等相关专业优先； 2. 2年以上用户运营、市场运营相关工作经验，有充电桩、新能源汽车行业经验优先； 3. 熟悉用户运营逻辑与行业商业模式，具备优秀的市场洞察力、数据收集及分析能力； 4. 具备优秀的沟通协调、跨部门协同及资源整合能力，较好的用户服务意识； 5. 抗压能力与执行力强，适配快节奏工作模式，具备优秀的问题解决能力与团队协作精神。
