## Job description

### Key Responsibilities
- Global Communications Strategy
- Develop the global communications strategy to enhance the company’s global reputation and support business objectives.
- Define communication priorities, key themes, and messaging frameworks across global markets.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment across all communications touchpoints.
- Monitor communications effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Global Content Creation
- Lead the creation and localization of global communication materials, including English press releases, Q&As, talking points, speeches, and core messaging documents.
- Ensure all global content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company’s tone and positioning.
- Collaborate with regional and subsidiary teams to adapt messaging for local relevance while maintaining global consistency.
- Global Branding Support
- Work closely with the Global Branding Team to strengthen and evolve the company’s global brand identity and reputation.
- Support strategic brand campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and creative content development.
- Contribute to efforts that build, maintain, and increase global brand equity across markets.
- Global PR Network Liaison
- Act as a key liaison within the Geely Auto Group global PR network, aligning communication strategies and messaging across subsidiaries and regions.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing between PR teams globally.
- Coordinate cross-market communication activities and joint campaigns to ensure a cohesive global narrative.

### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international communications, public relations, or branding.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and executing global communication strategies.
- Strong understanding of international media landscapes and multicultural brand communications.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones with diverse global teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and excellent project management skills.

### Preferred Attributes
- Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
- Background in managing PR agencies or working with global networks.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and brand-building
