## Job description

### 职位描述
- 带领销售小组创造更加热情的用户接待与试乘试驾体验.达成小组业绩目标;
- 带领销售小组与客户建立良好的关系.跟进并实现更多定单转化与维护;
- 与交付和售后团队合作解决用户疑虑.提供管理团队改进工作的建议和反馈;
- 安排人员的班次.管理休假和考勤.管理试驾车辆和试驾预约;
- 促进个人成长和发展不断培养可正确应对各种客户需求的优秀人才;
- 积极发现和收集用户需求.提供适合用户的完整购买方案。

### 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历.持有效中国驾照.熟练驾驶.无不良行驶记录;
- 具有用户思维.3年以上一线销售经验.1年或以上管理经验;
- 认可ZEEKR汽车价值观.能够准确理解汽车交付运营目标和要求;
- 优秀的自驱力与沟通能力.热爱汽车与科技;
- 出色的团队管理能力.愿意赋能团队伙伴.积极分享并提供反馈。
