## Job description

工作内容
- 负责按照场景需求开展新能源及动力系统功能相关场景定义，分析得出产品的重点价值场景，并针对目标用户给出详细的用户痛点和需求分析，输出场景分析报告
- 负责创新功能挖掘、功能选型、功能定义，功能体验设计和评价
- 负责动力域系统功能定义及需求开发，包括核对功能打点清单、功能开发输入FDA评审、功能需求文档FDR、FR、测试用例文档编写
- 负责系统功能交互逻辑、交互信号的定义，输出功能技术规范文档
- 负责功能PRD编写，组织评审，基于评审建议优化
- 负责协助大数据团队提供产品数据埋点的建议，并进行用户数据分析，提出合理化产品改进建议
- 负责支持问题分析及问题排查 岗位要求
- 硕士学历需具备​​3年以上​​新能源动力系统开发经验，本科学历需​​5年以上​​经验
- 有​​新能源汽车动力系统开发经验​​，熟悉纯电/混动架构及控制策略
- 熟悉汽车开发流程（V模型），掌握CANoe、INCA等测试工具，具备故障分析和诊断能力
- 具备系统思维，能跨部门协同解决复杂问题，
- 较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应跨领域合作
- 逻辑清晰，具备创新意识和持续学习能力
