## Job description

### 岗位职责 创新体系运营

1、优化和完善前瞻技术管理的流程、方法论与工具体系，提升创新效率和成果转化率。 2、建立团队知识库，沉淀技术资产，组织技术交流与培训。 岗位要求 1、硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、电子工程、计算机、自动化、软件工程、材料科学等相关专业。 2、5年及以上汽车或科技行业工作经验，兼具深厚技术背景与项目管理经验。 3、具备智能驾驶、智能座舱、人工智能、三电系统、电子架构等至少一个前沿技术领域的扎实知识和技术洞察力。 4、具备强大的跨部门推动力和资源整合能力，能够与内外部合作伙伴高效协同，清晰表达复杂技术概念。
