## Job description

### 质量控制策略
- 制定和维护车载软件的质量标准和测试流程。 确保质量控制流程与行业最佳实践和法规要求保持一致。

### 缺陷管理
- 监控缺陷跟踪系统，确保所有发现的问题都被及时记录和解决。 与开发团队合作，分析问题根源，实施预防措施。

### 质量报告
- 定期向管理层提供质量报告，包括测试结果、缺陷统计和质量趋势。 根据质量数据提供改进建议。

### 持续改进
- 推动持续改进活动，如六西格玛、精益管理和敏捷实践。 评估和引入新的测试工具和技术，提高测试效率和准确性。

### 任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、通讯、车辆工程等相关领域。 2.5年以上质量管理经验，至少3年在车载软件或相关行业的质量管理经验。 3.熟悉ISO/TS 16949、ISO 26262等汽车行业质量标准。 4.优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。 5.能够在快节奏和多任务环境中工作。 6.熟练使用质量管理和测试工具（如JIRA、TestRail、QC）。 7.熟悉软件开发生命周期和车载软件技术。"
