## Job description

### 管理供应商准入
- 审核供方、跟进样品 PPAP、签订质量协议；

### 日常管控供方
- 定期现场稽核、管控工艺 / 工程变更、辅导提升质量；

### 处理来料异常
- 产线不良下发 8D，跟进整改、追责索赔；

### 供方绩效管理
- 按月打分评级，差的限期整改或淘汰；
- 跨部门配合采购、生产、研发，输出质量报表，把控来料风险。

### 任职要求

学历专业：本科及以上，机械、机电、车辆工程、材料、工业工程、质量管理相关专业；汽车 / 电子 /行业优先。

### 工作经验

1-3 年制造业 SQE、IQC 主管、制程质量工程师经验；
