## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 面向四个品牌院分品牌前瞻、规划技术交付职能，通过技术规划和科技创新等根技术能力支撑，链接各业务中心总体部和十大计划T&DAT，挖掘创新技术和技术IP化、产品化包装，形成创新技术仓库，为车型提供前瞻技术货架上的可见不可用技术和通用化技术。
- 快速识别前瞻技术，经过产品化包装和商业价值闭环验证后，实现品牌调性匹配和快速上车。
- 横向联动跨院跨中心组织，以技术品牌驱动技术规划和前瞻创新，形成技术到产品的商业价值闭环。
- 链接各业务中心和品牌院总体部的前瞻技术货架，主动列入技术推介计划，协同各组织共同形成产品方案，最终实现量产上车。
- 突出产品创新和技术IP化包装等，找到吉利适配的创新技术交互方法论，最终实现创新技术的市场价值显性化和产品化，快速推向市场，抢占市场占有率和行业先机。 任职要求 1、6年以上头部互联网或智能座舱相关产品工作经历，具备产品设计、产品运营、用户增长等产品相关工作经验。 3、有极强的产品思维及沟通能力，技术背景是加分项。 4、有极强的抗压能力，能接受频繁出差。
