## Job description
- 负责HVAC热管理产品的方案设计、开发与原型验证工作
- 主导产品性能测试与数据分析，输出产品优化改进方案
- 协调跨部门对接供应链生产环节，推进产品落地量产
- 评估现有产品性能缺陷，推动热管理产品迭代升级
- 梳理产品技术文档，维护产品规格标准与技术档案
- 配合对接客户技术需求，输出适配的产品技术方案
