## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责区域门店抖音、快手、视频号等蓝V账号的运营，确定账号定位，熟悉各平台规则和玩法，确保固定时间/频次的短视发布、直播工作开展、线索跟进；
- 负责承接承接零售中台下发的月度指引，针对新车预热、营销节点活动落地执行，确保内容产出、线索和大定等目标达成；
- 负责新媒体广告投放，并对计划过程管理，对投放成本负责；
- 负责主播全场陪播，减麦响应互动，提醒主播状态、表现力、留资话术，每一场直播数据复盘，分析；
- 会拍剪投，每天不少于3支投放素材，确保视顺清晰度和质量（不包含曝光类视频）；
- 能对标爆款视频、视预拆解分折和钩子预设，增加广告素材的趣味性和吸引力；
- 负责视频标题、配乐、话题、字幕，切人群定位，黄金三秒，文案；
- 负责投放计划搭建和过程管理；对投放成本负责。

### 岗位要求
- 学历大专及以上，有MCN机构、新媒体培训公司、主流品牌4S店、三方新媒体代运营公司从业经历优先；
- 对新媒体平台规则熟悉，对新媒体内容有较高认知，对新媒体运营有数据管理意识；
- 会拍会剪，有直播运营经验。
- 可接受频繁出差
