## Job description

岗位职责

### 客诉应急处理
- 每日监控交付舆情,处理高危客诉案件；
- 指导并审核常规客诉工单的闭环处理流程；
- 开展周度客户满意度&客诉案例深度复盘，输出改进建议；
- 通过用户投诉数据分析，持续驱动内部流程优化降低投诉率，提升投诉处理效率，把控区域内部工单处理流程，提升处理时效；
- 执行月度客诉案件申诉处理及数据追溯，针对弱交付门店制定整改提升方案；

### 服务质量管理
- 统筹门店交付口碑专项活动策划与落地，建立客诉预警机制，预防重大服务风险。 任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，熟知当地语言或文化优先；
- 整车厂一线经验优先，具备丰富交付经验优先；
- 情绪稳定，抗压能力强，具备较为出色的逻辑思维、沟通能力；
- 具备丰富的汽车行业客诉处理经验，接触客诉处理至少2年，有多个成功的案件可验证；
- 热爱汽车与科技，认可极氪价值观。
