## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责汽车大数据平台质量业务范畴的业务需求挖掘、分析和运营（车/云端及策划方向）指导；
- 负责大数据平台质量功能调研策划、规划设计及数据分析，功能/数据模型设计、测试设计、验证把关、功能/模型应用推广；
- 负责质量大数据数据应用调优，并支持生产集群故障排除工作、编写专业的系统设计/指导文档； 5、负责新能源三电监控与大数据平台质量相关系统相互引用的运营策划及模型推广； 6、负责产品Web前端业务框架的设计/软件系统后端模块的设计和实现及核心功能的研发、实现、部署和支持运维。

### 任职要求
- 有很强的产品owner意识，有团队管理经验者，参与过PMP培训或者其他项目管理培训优先考虑；
- 具备独立撰写产品文档的能力，熟练掌握产品需求分析及设计技巧，对交互设计过程有深入了解;
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力及创新能力，有数据分析及产品规划经验；
- 良好的自我管理能力、环境适应能力和执行力，能较大压力下保持工作激情，良好的沟通协调能力、全局意识 ；
- 良好的问题分析及解决能力、良好的逻辑分析能力
