## Job description
- 负责零部件材料开发策划、选材定义、材料验证计划的审核；
- 负责零部件材料性能的管控、验证、验收、一致性管控；
- 负责新材料、新工艺开发及应用。
- 负责零件失效问题相关材料分析及问题整改；
- 负责材料数据库搭建及后期维护；
- 负责材料标准及体系问题的编制及宣贯； 要求
- 熟悉车型项目材料开发工作内容；
- 熟悉材料基本性能、国内外材料标准规范、材料的特性及行业技术发展趋势；
- 了解汽车零部件材料失效分析，能够独立承担材料失效分析及问题整改工作；
- 良好的沟通能力。
