## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责协助研发部门年度经营大纲、年度经营计划的编制、实施、推进；
- 负责部门经营目标、季度、月度重点关键事项完成情况的监督、跟进和闭环；
- 负责部门组织绩效的制定、实施与应用、复盘实施；
- 负责团队专项工作的全生命周期管理；
- 负责技术知识产权工作计划编制、实施、推进。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，汽车相关、市场调研、数据统计、财务等相关专业；
- 有经营管理、项目管理、企业管理、财务管理经验优先；
- 具备较强的分析洞察能力、逻辑思维能力、规划与计划能力，有出色的沟通能力和人际关系敏感度。
