## Job description
- 负责悬架结构件（副车架、转向节方向）的前期开发和后期维护工作，从AKO到J1阶段，针对不同的架构和项目需求，完成方案选型、设计、开发、质量提升等工作， 并管理相关的过程文件；
- 负责过不少于2个完整的悬架结构件开发项目；
- 熟练掌握悬架结构件刚度、强度、耐久等关键属性的设计原则及要点；
- 具备评估悬架结构件的方案对VD、NVH、碰撞安全、重量等属性的影响；
- 具备解析设计载荷、CAE分析结果的能力；
- 熟悉悬架结构件关键工艺及过程管控要点；
- 熟悉整车开发的流程；
- 擅长供应商开发过程管理；
- 日常Lessons-learned 整理分享能力。
