## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责项目计划管理、进度把控及风险管理的工作，确保项目按时保量交付；
- 负责项目预算提报及成本管理工作；
- 负责座舱项目内外部资源协调，确保项目有效开展；
- 负责项目座舱产品交付物的质量及交付工作。

### 任职要求

1、本科以上学历，熟悉新能源汽车、汽车电子、座舱软件开发行业相关流程； 2、 5年以上大型软件开发项目管理经验，有3年以上整车软件或者Tier1项目经验优先； 3、 具备较好的快速学习能力、沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力； 4、具备良好的风险意识、团队意识、组织协调能力、问题处理能力； 5、有PMP证书和ASPICE经验者优先； 6、有海外工作经历或语言沟通能力优先。
