## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责车型/架构平台项目动态性能集成工作、开发工作及项目管理；
- 负责车型项目动态性能体验对标、设计和体验交付；
- 负责项目(VDS/SDS)目标设定、分解、方案制定，可行性分析；
- 负责平衡及协调VD与其他属性及专业的矛盾和冲突；
- 负责将部门新技术、新概念转化到项目车型中进行应用；
- 负责市场问题和体验反馈的跟踪和解决；
- 负责VD属性动态性能的体系与能力建设。

### 岗位要求

1、大学本科或以上学历； 2、有相关工作3年以上。
