## Job description

### 背景

为加强极氪品牌国内外各车型售后质量问题的推进效率与管控力度，现成立极氪院售后质量推进小组，负责极氪院国内外各车型重点、难点售后质量问题以及跨中心的复杂售后质量问题统筹推进。

### 职责
- 负责组织国内外建立新品上市初期的快速响应机制，推进团队快速运作，遵循“市场问题不过夜”原则，推动问题高效闭环；
- 负责极氪品牌在国内外质量舆情问题的应对与解决，包括舆情问题的收集、过程管理和闭环确认。
- 参与重大、典型与批量问题的三现，参与故障复现与拆解分析，协同进行根因排查和对策方案评审；
- 负责量产车型市场问题横展与预防规避管理，同步协助设计质量复盘的相关工作。
- 协同项目与经营部，对各中心或部门实施质量考评条目输出。
- 统筹极氪院国内外质量能力建设与运营管理，推动质量文化建设，提升全员质量意识与专业能力。

### 岗位要求

1-本科及以上学历，5 年及以上整车 / 汽车零部件研发及质量管理工作经验。 2-具备独立主导研发售后质量管控的能力，能够独立输出质量评审报告、质量分析报告、整改方案等专业文件。 3-具备较强的问题分析、逻辑梳理及统筹协调能力，可高效联动研发、采购、基地、各中心、供应商等多方推进质量问题闭环。 4-具备良好的沟通表达能力及抗压能力，工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备系统化质量思维。
