## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 建立售后服务管理体系，制定售后政策；

### 及时响应客户售后问题（内
- 渠道；外部：工商等）提供技术支持，统筹维修品和不良品分级管理；
- 收集与分析售后数据，提供报告和建议，以改进售后服务质效和产品品质；
- 处理紧急售后问题，快速且妥善处理客诉舆情问题。
- 针对紧急售后质量问题快速输出应对方案，事后及时输出复盘报告。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，机械、电子相关专业优先； 2、5年以上消费电子、汽车用品行业售后服务经验；有一定逆向供应链经经验； 3、熟悉APQP，QC七大手法和8D报告等日常工具运用； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神， 有一定的抗压能力，能够接受和处理突发事件。
