## Job description
- 负责HVAC热管理系统及核心结构部件的方案设计与开发
- 主导HVAC结构设计的仿真验证、性能测试与方案优化工作
- 对接项目需求，输出符合行业规范的结构图纸与BOM清单
- 分析热管理结构测试数据，诊断设计问题并完成设计迭代
- 配合生产、测试部门完成结构设计打样与落地验证工作
- 跟进HVAC热管理设计新技术，沉淀优化设计标准与规范
