## Job description

### 流程规划

负责耐久属性开发相关流程、验证方法、仿真分析规范&流程、标准体系搭建及更新，并推进全院各平台项目按NPDS耐久属性开发流程落地执行。

### 试验策划

负责竞品和历史TOP问题分析，组织耐久属性目标的设定、分解，并策划耐久开发计划，输出试验认证内容。

### 验证执行

负责耐久车辆及其他属性车辆状态检查和试验准入评审； 验证执行：负责推进耐久虚拟&实物验证和试验问题，识别风险并提前制定应对方案。

负责管控耐久属性目标定义和目标达成，对项目进行交付。

### 验证复盘

负责售后机械结构类和耐久相关问题的复盘、总结分析及汇报；
