①优先考虑具有主机厂体系的采购业务、订单管理、产能管理、交付等相关工作经验，②沟通能力强，③英语基础好，④能服从出差，⑤责任心强；主要工作根据海外订单，监控交付情况，同产能管理中心、总裁办、国际公司产销协同部、供应链区域等部门一起推进交付。
