## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 制定项目整体技术策略，制定整车属性、质量等工程目标。项目工程交付的第一责任人；
- 负责各阶段技术方案评审，平衡产品定义、造型、属性、功能、成本、周期、合规等，决策最优方案；
- 负责数据评审及批准（Q-EVENT），DR偏差项评审及批准，MR和PCR评审及批准；
- 负责复合性需求和问题的分解、推进及决策；
- 负责工程风险项的推进和关闭批准；
- 负责各阶段阀点工程指标达成和工程输出物审核；
- 负责工程问题横展内容的定义与确认；

### 接受项目组长和车系总监的考核； 任职要求
- 车辆工程类、机械设计类、管理类专业；
- 有2个整车项目开发经验；
- 英语作为工作语言；
- 精通项目管理专业知识，熟练掌握项目管理方法和工具，精通NPDS流程优先。
