## Job description

### 岗位职责

1、负责海外OTA规划，制定海外各属地软件升级策略； 2、负责OTA需求全周期管理：统筹版本需求池，主导需求的收集、锁定与变更控制，确保需求按计划交付； 岗位要求：
- 具备出色的跨部门沟通协调与项目推动能力，能有效整合资源、达成共识；
- 责任心与自驱力强，对细节敏感，具备优秀的文字整合与审核能力；
- 对智能汽车（智能座舱/自动驾驶）有浓厚兴趣和独到理解，能从用户视角把握运营关键； 4、5年及以上车企或互联网行业相关运营、项目管理或产品市场经验；有OTA全流程管理经验者优先； 5、英语可做工作语言的优先。
