## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 专业部门在项目上的第一责任人，负责本专业领域在项目上的整体策划，推动项目开发进度，对项目整体负责
- 规划、组建车身专业项目团队、管理团队绩效
- 根据项目定位及市场信息策划并优化的车身外饰专业竞争力
- 制定项目计划，识别并管控开发风险，组织制定预案并监控执行
- 制作并提交车身专业阀点交付物

### 协调部门内、及其他部门资源推进项目的正常开展 岗位要求
- 1、本科及以上，车辆工程、机械、工业设计等相关专业 2、5年以上相关专业工作经验；主导或担当过2个及以上车型开发的工作。具备一定的项目管理知识 3、对车身、外饰、灯具、尺寸各模块零部件知识均有基本掌握。具有较强的成本意识、质量意识。
