## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 硬件系统架构设计制定激光雷达/摄像头/毫米波雷达（满足其一即可）硬件的总体方案，包括发射系统、接收系统、电源管理、信号处理等模块的设计，并确保方案的可行性与竞争力。
- 硬件详细设计与开发，负责硬件方案的详细设计，包括原理图设计、PCB布局布线指导以及关键元器件的选型；对硬件系统进行性能优化，通过仿真和实验验证，确保硬件在高精度测距、高分辨率成像、低功耗运行等方面满足产品需求。
- 测试验证与量产导入，负责硬件系统的集成测试与验证，制定测试计划，确保硬件在各种工况下稳定可靠，推动项目量产落地。
- 前沿技术跟踪，参与激光雷达产品的技术路线调研与评估，制定适合的技术发展路线。

### 二、任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,电子工程、自动化、通信、车辆工程、光学工程等相关专业优先;5-10年车载传感器或自动驾驶相关经验,必须具备完整量产项目经历(从概念设计到SOP量产立)。
- 熟练掌握硬件设计工具（如Cadence、Altium Designer等），能够独立完成原理图设计、PCB布局布线及仿真；熟悉车载传感器的工作原理、系统架构以及相关硬件技术，包括激光器、探测器、信号处理等；精通高速信号完整性、电源完整性设计，具备EMC/EMI设计和调试经验；掌握硬件系统仿真技术，能够通过仿真验证硬件方案的可行性，熟悉硬件产品的EMC设计、PI/SI设计、热设计等。
- 对技术趋势、供应链格局、成本结构有敏锐判断,能做出有前瞻性的技术决策,具备系统化思维,能拆解跨域技术难题,建立可复用的工程方法论,具备技术沟通与跨团队协作能力,能推动供应商、内部团队及客户达成技术共识。
