## Job description
- 制定整车越野耐久性能目标，并分解到关键零部件，完成技术可行性分析，制定耐久开发计划；
- 熟悉规划越野耐久性能开发能力建设，制定开发流程，标准、技术规范等，丰富竞品数据库及经验库；
- 熟悉越野耐久对标，整车越野道路耐久策划及验收；
- 管控越野耐久属性目标达成，组织解决虚拟或实车验证中强度耐久问题；
- 可熟练掌握运用仿真软件对越野工况 整车进行仿真，识别问题并制定先关对策；
- 具备2年以上实际越野场景和沙漠驾驶经验优先
