## Job description

### 职位描述
- 通过市场调研和研究，了解市场需求、竞争状况和趋势，制定销售策略和方案，提高市场占有率；
- 负责公司销售业务的拓展和管理，推动辖区内月度、季度及年度结算、终端、市占率提升目标的实现，并督导完成；
- 经销商日常管理，提升经销商的管理水平及执行力；
- 掌握公司政策向经销商传达政策，快速捕捉市场移动情况，准确应对市场变化。

### 职位要求

1. 市场营销、商务管理等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 5年以上区域营销相关工作经验，对行业市场有深入的了解，并具备一定的市场分析和预判能力； 3. 具有良好的业务拓展能力和业务谈判技巧，能够高效沟通、协调、解决问题； 4. 熟悉互联网营销等市场拓展方式，掌握市场调研和数据分析的方法和工具； 5. 思维敏捷，业务能力强，有团队管理经验，能够工作独立，具备较强的学习和创新能力。
