## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 进行固态电芯技术开发及性能提升工作，电芯设计和化学体系开发
- 负责1~2个固态电芯开发专项工作，并进行相应专利布局
- 开展电芯方案选型及搭建固态电芯开发平台，完成关键性能参数（能量密度、循环寿命、安全性等）的验证与迭代优化
- 负责固态电芯的行业感知，制定固态电芯研究计划和目标，协助进行电芯的技术规划。

### 进行固态电芯成本分析，确定成本趋势 岗位要求
- 1.学历要求:硕士及以上学历; 2.

### 专业要求

电化学，材料化学等专业; 3.3年以上主流电芯厂电芯设计开发经验或主机厂电芯应用经验（固态相关经验1年以上） 4.负责2个及以上动力电芯的开发工作（达到量产阶段）
