## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责车用核能动力系统的机理研究、建模与仿真分析，突破关键技术瓶颈；
- 主导核能电池材料选型、结构设计、安全防护及系统集成开发，确保技术落地；
- 牵头1-2个车用核能动力专项研发项目，包括搭车路试验证及性能优化；
- 搭建核能动力系统开发与测试平台，建立关键参数体系，推动技术迭代与性能提升；
- 开展核能动力系统的成本建模、分析与控制，支持产业化可行性评估；
- 跟踪国内外核能技术前沿动态，撰写技术报告与专利布局。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，核物理、核工程、材料物理、能源科学与工程等相关专业；
- 工作年限要求8年以上，具有3年以上核能动力系统、小型模块化反应堆或新型核电池研发经验；博士学历可适当放宽年限要求；
- 熟悉核能材料特性、辐射防护、热管理及能量转换机制，具备跨学科技术整合能力；
- 有核能动力电池开发、搭车路试或实际应用项目经验者优先；
- 具备较强的项目管理能力、仿真分析能力（如COMSOL、ANSYS等）和实验设计能力；
- 优秀的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能承担技术攻关与跨部门协同任务。
