## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 对海外宏观环境、行业生态、前瞻技术、市场机会、海外用户特征等进行研究和洞察，输出多维度洞察报告；
- 对海外重点竞企销量表现、产品布局、运营模式、产能分布、价格定位等进行深入研究和分析，输出专项对标研究报告；
- 对吉利海外重点国家基本概括、汽车市场、竞争格局等进行深入研究和分析，定期输出专项研究报告，为销售策略制定提供信息依据；
- 对全球政策法规动态进行监测与解读，对未来政策法规发展趋势进行洞察与研判，输出专业解读报告与风险预警；
- 搭建海外调研平台，制定调研方案，整合调研资源，协同事业部完成海外产品、用户和品牌调研的开展和执行。

### 任职资格

1.

### 学历与经验

市场营销、统计学、经济学或社会学等相关专业本科及以上学历。具备5年以上市场调研工作经验。 2.

### 专业技能

熟悉市场调研流程与各种研究方法（定性/定量），熟练掌握SPSS、SAS等统计分析软件，具备出色的报告撰写和演示能力。能运用数字化AI工具对市场3.信息进行监测和评估。 4.

### 核心能力

需要具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力、良好的策划与文案水平、出色的沟通协调能力以及团队管理能力。
